Quick question for robotics/drone builders — sensor reliability issues?

Hey everyone, I'm doing some informal research into sensor reliability challenges in small robotics/drone projects — specifically IMU drift, bias, or noise issues.

If you've ever had a robot or drone behave unexpectedly because of a sensor problem, I'd love to hear about it: what happened, how did you figure out it was the sensor, and how did you deal with it?
