Is it that pump? Those refco pumps are garbage.

I don’t think so, sounds like it’s coming from inside the unit and not the pump that sits at the bottom - but could be wrong

That smaller box under the unit is a god awful condensate pump. Literally poke it with a broom, on the right side, might help.

But it's either clogged or sensing water. The cover just pulls off. It's got tiny tabs on the side you can pry but it literally feels like you will rip it off the wall.

Won't be too serious till it starts dripping water.
