8. If you are arrested, you will not be taken to jail and instead be released until after your year is up at which point you will have to suffer the consequences yourself

Any land,property,vehicle that you outrightly own will remain untouched and you can use it. However any bills/rent/mortgages/subscriptions etc. and the subsequent consequences of not paying them are your problem to deal with.

Someone wants to pay you 1 billion dollars for your appendix. The only catch is that the extraction surgery cannot use any anesthesia at all. You gotta raw dog it. Same with the recovery afterwards, no painkillers at all.

You’ll remain fully conscious during the surgery. If you go into shock or heart stops from the pain the doctors will revive you, keep you alive, and make sure you’re conscious. You also be tied to the operating table so you can’t move at all.

A bored genie appears before you and offers to give you the in and out deets of one true crime case of your choosing.

The rules are simple:

You can pick any specific true crime case regardless of the verdict or how long it’s been. As long as it can be categorised as “true crime”, and it refers to one specific case, it counts. For example, you can ask the genie about Epstein’s life and death, but you can’t say “tell me about all current active child molesters in the US government”.

The genie will provide any and all information about what you picked, and the genie is guaranteed to be correct, comprehensive, and truthful. The genie will answer any questions you have as long as it directly relates to the specific case you chose.

The genie will not produce physical evidence out of thin air, but the genie is more than happy to tell you things like where a body is buried or where you would locate evidence.

You can do whatever you want with the resulting information. The genie will not help you or hinder you.

then, they completely change and turn around. They will insult everything you wear and everything you do. They'll crack jokes at your expense constantly and laugh about them. They will also take jabs at anyone around you or you're with.

They will also get to hang out in your house as well, knocking shit over, sleeping in inconvenient spots, making loud ass noises for no reason

and they will follow you everywhere you go as well, no matter what

Basically, they become the most annoying possible in laws

If asked why they'd want this, they'd say: "We never had the chance to have grandkids. Just once, we want to heckle someone just like our grandfolkes did."

A genie offers you 10x your current (gross) yearly salary as a tax-free sum. So for example, if you make $100k per year before tax, the offer would be a $1M tax free lump sum. Clarification: If you do not have a current income, your offer is either 10x the yearly salary from your most recent job, or 10x the yearly minimum wage salary for your locality (assuming 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year).

In exchange, you can never work a paying job again, or make/receive any money from external sources, including gifts or loans from family/friends. You can invest as much of the lump sum as you’d like, and make money that way, but that will be your only source of income, and all investments still carry the risk of tanking and losing all the money you invested.

You can still choose to work volunteer positions for fulfillment. You just cannot collect any income beyond the passive investment income.

This person basically harmless, but after meeting you, always wants to spend time with you and talk about an inexhaustible amount of topics that you have less than 0 interest in.

This person also seems to have infinite free time to hang out with you, can’t take any hints, and will always try to persuade you to talk longer.

You can try to talk about stuff you actually care about, but this person’s boundless enthusiasm will always quickly and inevitably lead you back to topics you DO NOT CARE ABOUT.

What do you do?

The clone must be spawned tangiblly - meaning it can't go through walls or anything. The clone can also not be damaged directly; however, it shares damage with your original body (OB). This means that if you slap your OB, you're gonna feel it. Your OB will also go completely unresponsive and limp during this time... which brings us to the major catch.

Because your OB is basically in cardiac arrest, you can only be in the clones body for no more than 4 minutes. Any longer, and you'll start getting brain damage. Yes, you can despawn the clone at anytime - at which point your consciousness will return to your OB. There is a 6-hour cool down after each return.

You can bring back individuals or breeding populations of any extinct animal/plant/etc., but every time you invoke this ability, Charles Darwin will appear before you and drag his beard back and forth across your face for 5 hours.

You can split it up into sessions of no less than 10 minutes each over the course of up to a week. You must be awake during the beard rubbing. The extinct species will not manifest until the 5 hour requirement is met.

Basically as the tin says, a wizard offers you $7,000 USD/month until your death but the you have to agree to your biological sex changing every month.

-the change occurs monthly until you die and cannot stop unless you are willing to give up everything you earned from the deal/everything you bought with the earnings

-your gender identity will not change

-the monthly rate will be adjusted for inflation

-your outward appearance will change each month to match your gender and your level of attractiveness will stay the same. Changing genders doesn’t make you hotter. But if you got plastic surgery, then the surgery results would change to match the level of attractiveness each month (since some stuff people get would look odd on the opposite sex)

-if you get pregnant while you’re a woman, you will remain in your female state until the child is born while continuing to get paid

-you can get a hysterectomy or your tubes tied in your female state but it will result in your male state having corresponding results to your testes. Vice versa if you get the surgeries done in your male state.

Which one would you choose?

The powers that be offer you a deal. Five million dollars deposited into your bank account, tax free, no questions asked. But once a year on a designated day of your choice (it has to be the same date every year) you are transported into the middle of some type of disaster, past or present. Maybe you’re dropped onto the titanic. Or you’re thrown into the middle of a mass shooting. Perhaps you’re transported into Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment while he’s with a victim. Or you’re suddenly in an alley with Jack the Ripper. You might be put into a war zone, or the place of a volcanic eruption/tsunami. You must survive otherwise you die for real. After ten minutes, you’re transported back home. Any injuries you sustained will disappear and history will not be changed or affected by your actions. You can’t ever back out of this. No returning the money to get off the hook. You in or out?

The Offer: A genie approaches you and offers you a character creation tool that you can use on your partner. Much like a character creator in a video game, this tool has a wide variety of sliders that would allow you to change your partner's appearance making them taller, shorter, more muscular, curvier, whatever you like. While there are no default options, if you got experienced enough using it, you could even make them look like someone else entirely such as your celebrity crush or favorite fictional character. The tool even comes with an attribute slider that would allow you to change aspects of their personality such as their intelligence, charisma, or even libido. Neither your partner nor the rest of the world will register that anything has changed with them. Everyone will act as if your partner has always looked/acted however they do after any changes you make just like when you change appearance in a video game.

The Catch: As previously mentioned, there are no default options in this character creation tool. As such, there is no button you can push to automatically return your partner's appearance or personality traits back to their original settings. Any attempt at writing down or digitally notating what those values are disappears immediately. If you want to return your partner to the way they were before you used the editor on them, you will have to remember what those values are yourself.

Edit: Yes, you do get to keep your mother tongue and your five language choices are an add on and you dont have to unlearn any of the languages you already know.

A wealthy person decides to try a financial experiment on you. He gives you $100K and says you must double it using only legal means in one year using only the $100k he gave you as seed money. If you do, you get to keep it AND he will match all the money you have earned. So for example if you end up with exactly double, $200K, you keep the initial $100k and he matches the additional $100k you earned giving you $300k total. If you end up with $300k, he matches the $200k you earned, plus the initial $100k giving you a total of $500k. Make sense?

Now if you don't double the money, if you're even $1 short, you have to give back the money AND anything you earned. If you lose money, you need to pay back the difference.
