42 unchanging

Asked iching if I should quit job received 42 unchanging.

I liked the job for a long time and it will be hard to find a comparable position, but ive recently been having trouble with a coworker.

What do you make of the reading?

If we are to simply look at the text:

益：利有攸往，利涉大川。

Increase: Benefit from having somewhere to go; crossing the great river is beneficial.

"Benefit from having somewhere to go": this seems to suggest that looking for another job is a good idea. "Crossing the great river is beneficial": this also seems to suggest that making a move is advisable. This is not to say that you should up and quit this instant.

I sonetimes have trouble understanding exactly what 42uc means. I recommend asking followup questions. Or asking what 42uc means in this context.

Yes or no questions are not advised since the world of the IChing is never black or white. Poor questions receive vague answers. Also consider what you’re asking. When you ask should I, you e already answered to yourself that you might. There’s isn’t much room for improvement in that. Consider the following alternatives:

What do I stand to gain if I stay?
What do I stand to gain if I leave?
Help me understand the feelings I’m having at work right now.
What is the best way for me to interact with my coworker?
Etc…
