I'm looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant to help me run the behind-the-scenes operations of my growing comedy + educational events business.

I produce live comedy and expert-led events, and I'm at the point where there are simply too many moving pieces for me to keep doing everything myself.

I don't just want someone who completes random tasks when I give them instructions.

My goal is for this person to eventually become my operator - someone who understands how the business works, takes ownership of recurring processes, notices what needs to be done, and grows alongside the business.

What you'll help with

Depending on your strengths, this could include:

• Researching venues and speakers
• Speaker/venue outreach and follow-ups
• Eventbrite setup and management
• Maintaining Google Sheets / show pipeline
• Coordinating with designers and collecting assets
• Social media scheduling/posting
• Basic Meta Ads work using existing templates
• Messaging people on IG who engage with my ads
• Post on other social media platforms
• General business/admin tasks
• Helping me stay on top of deadlines and follow-ups

You don't need to know everything already. I'll teach you the systems and processes.

Compensation

The starting pay is ₹12,000 per month.

If I grow, I want you to grow too. If I have a good months, I'll give you bonus on top.

This is a 1-month paid trial. If we work well together, the goal is to continue and increase responsibility over time.

We’re building FitTrack, a CRM for gyms and fitness businesses, and we’re looking for people who can help us onboard gyms across India.

How the commission works

You receive 50% of the subscription payments actually received from every gym you successfully onboard, for the first 3 months.

For our ₹899/month plan:

• Month 1: FREE → ₹0 commission
• Month 2: ₹449.50 → ₹224.75 commission
• Month 3: ₹899 → ₹449.50 commission
• Up to ₹674.25 commission per gym

There is no fixed salary or stipend. This is a commission-based, part-time/flexible opportunity.
