It is called ClubChairman LIVE. Basically I wanted to make a football game where you run the club rather than control the players or act as the manager.
You start with a small club and have to build it up over time. There are transfers, scouting, staff, facilities, finances, investments etc. The main thing I wanted though was for it to be online, so everyone is playing in the same football world and seasons keep moving whether you log in or not.

It ended up being a much bigger project than I originally thought it would be. Especially all the boring stuff around actually releasing an app 😅
But it is finally out on both Android and iOS now.

Still plenty I want to add and improve, but it feels pretty good to actually have people able to download it after staring at it myself for so long.

Hi all, I'm Preksha, I work at RecurPost. We build social media scheduling and automation software, with a focus on agencies and teams managing multiple client accounts.

My situation / setup: RecurPost is a web-based SaaS platform (works through the browser, plus a mobile app for iOS/Android). We publish through native platform APIs. On the agency side specifically, we run: sub-accounts with client-level permissioning, an approval/review workflow before posts go live, bulk CSV scheduling, and RSS-to-post automation.

What I've already tried: Internally we track support tickets, churn feedback surveys, and in-app NPS comments and we've specifically looked at churn reasons for agency accounts. But that data skews toward people who were frustrated enough to write in or leave; it likely misses passive friction that people don't bother reporting.

What I'm trying to fix: We're currently reworking the agency workflow.. specifically client approval flows and multi-account management.. and want to identify real friction points before finalizing changes, rather than guessing at what's broken.

So, as an agency or otherwise, I'd like to hear:

Been hacking on a couple ideas and the "launch in 48 hours" stories are messing with my head tbh. I can scaffold ui, auth, db, some basic workflows pretty fast now, but once I add payments, emails, roles, basic analytics etc it still feels like a proper week or two to get to something im not embarrassed to show.

A month ago I started Premium AI Visuals: commercial photography collections made with AI (clearly disclosed as AI-generated, not real people), aimed at small businesses, agencies and freelancers who need website and marketing images and are tired of the same five stock photos everyone else uses.

Each collection is built around one consistent subject and one lighting setup instead of a mismatched grab-bag, so every image on a page actually looks like it belongs together. Sold as digital downloads on Gumroad, $12 for 50 images, with a free 4-image sample pack for anyone who wants to test one before paying anything.

Traffic so far comes from daily organic posting on X, LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest, no ads, no bots. Three-plus weeks in, still zero sales, so clearly something in the funnel or the offer isn't landing yet.

Genuinely asking this group, not fishing for upvotes: for a low-priced digital product like this, what actually got a first sale for you. Something in the offer, the price, the platform, or just more volume and time.

I keep coming across completely different ways to build outbound.

There's the more traditional stack with something like Apollo, Clay and Instantly. Then there are AI SDR options like Artisan, 11x and Super Benji that seem to take on more of the workflow themselves.

I'm less interested in sending huge numbers of emails and more interested in which approach does a better job of finding relevant companies, understanding who should actually be contacted, and keeping up with the people who don't reply the first time.

Has anyone compared these types of setups side by side?

I’m building Prompt Maschine, a focused mobile product for songwriters who use Suno, Udio and other AI-music tools.

The product has a lot of interconnected tools — prompt builder, structured lyrics, YouTube and audio analysis, rhyme controls, Style Trainer, conflict detection and Auto-Fix. My first instinct was to lock the more advanced tools behind PRO.

I changed that. The free plan now includes every tool, but limits usage to 3 generations per day. The reasoning is simple: users cannot understand the value of the workflow if the most useful parts are hidden. The subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) removes the cap instead of unlocking a different product.

The positioning challenge has been harder than the engineering. “AI lyrics app” sounds generic, while the real value is reducing the repeated editing between a rough idea and a prompt that Suno or Udio can actually use. I’m now leading with the workflow and concrete before/after examples.

I work at Snoika, and probably the biggest misconception I had before joining was that clients usually come with a clear marketing problem. So stupid lol.

Actually, they dont.

A SaaS founder might say “we need SEO”, but after digging around the real issue can be, f.e., no proper attribution. Tbh there are loads of customers like that, and it was a real headache for us at the start (and even now - from time to time).

So a decent chunk of our work isnt actually executing marketing tasks. It’s figuring out what should NOT be done first. As for me - interesting insight.

We had cases where launching more campaigns would've just burned budget because the funnel underneath wasnt ready. Sometimes there isn’t a feedback button on the client’s website at all.

Kinda changed how I look at B2B growth in general. More activity doesnt automatically mean more growth. And this is something that everyone needs to understand - both customers and service providers.

Sometimes the most useful thing an agency can do is tell a client: dont spend money on this. I just want to share, maybe it'll be useful for someone who tryin to understand whats bad it their marketing flow

A glossy AI-generated logo can feel finished long before it is operationally usable. I have been trying to turn that gap into a repeatable review process instead of another "pick the prettiest image" step.

The product currently supports two starting points: a written brand brief, or an existing 2D logo that should keep selected identity cues while gaining a 3D treatment. After generation, I review the candidates in a fixed order:

1. verify the brand name and every character in the wordmark
2. compare silhouette, negative space, and color against the source or brief
3. shrink the result to avatar and favicon sizes
4. check whether the material and lighting still fit the brand without the mockup context
5. separate the chosen concept from the production handoff and rights review

That last step has become the main operating boundary. The generated file is a raster concept. It may be useful for direction-finding, a pitch deck, or a conversation with a designer, but it is not automatically a vector master, editable 3D model, responsive identity system, or evidence that a mark is unique.

I also show the current credit cost and selected output count before submission rather than repeating a fixed number in permanent copy. Generation settings and costs can change, while the review framework should remain stable.

For people who have commissioned or built brand tools: which acceptance check catches the most expensive mistakes early—spelling, small-size legibility, source preservation, or similarity to existing marks?

Honest status: I'm just getting real users in now. I've run contracts through it internally to sanity-check the output, and I have exactly zero paying customers as of today — I'd rather be upfront than pretend there's traction. If you use it, I genuinely want to know where it's wrong.

First I use "The Reddit Goldmine Method" which is:

Find your subreddits.

use those magic search terms: "wish there was", "looking for", "alternative to", "frustrated with", "hate that"... .

Copy 20 complaints. Group by theme. The biggest group = your opportunity.

But unfortunately I become distracted, I search in many subreddits "copywriting, freelancers, SaaS, content creators, and others" as I don't know which field I want to serve in..

I also went to G2 and search in SaaSs "such as Jasper" reviews which has 3 stars and see what they like to build on it and what they don't like to see how I can solve these problems, but I become distracted and failed again

I also want to tell you that sometimes I start building for half a day and then I think this idea wouldn't succeed so, I stop building and again I try to find a successful one ( I do it many times )

So I settle on a red ocean one "social media scheduling tool" in a giant market with giant competitors such as Buffer, Metricool and others. So I want an advice to how a solo entrepreneur can compete with those giants.

I started thinking about Git differently after using AI to build my projects. When I write code myself, I usually remember why I made a change, but with AI, things have moved much faster. That’s when Git becomes even more useful.

It gives a history of what changed, when it changed, and what the project looked like before.

The faster we let AI make changes, the more important it becomes to have a simple way to review those changes and undo them when necessary.

For me, Git is no longer just a collaboration tool. It's basically ctrl + z for an entire project.

And when you are doing AI assited coding, I think Git is one of the things one should set up before start moving fast.

Every happy customer said yes when I asked for a testimonial. Almost none of them actually sent one. They meant to. It just sat in their inbox for weeks behind everything else on their list.

I built TrustSnap to fix that specific problem. You send one link. The customer records a short video or types a testimonial right in the browser. No account for them to create, nothing to download. You end up with a testimonial library you can embed on your site or clip for social.

I'm building this solo and bootstrapped. If you've dealt with the same problem, testimonials that never show up no matter how many times you ask, I'd like to hear how you got around it. Also happy to answer questions about the build. The recording flow was the hardest part to get right.

I have been thinking about a small-business workflow problem that looks simple until the same product image has to serve several channels.

One source photo might need a clean background for a store listing, a wider crop for a banner, a different aspect ratio for social media, removal of a cable or sign, and a higher-resolution version for print. Using a separate tool for each job makes every individual step obvious, but it also creates repeated uploads, exports, naming decisions, and quality checks.

The alternative is one shared flow:

1. upload the source image once;
2. describe the intended change in plain language;
3. select only the options currently available for that task;
4. generate a candidate;
5. review it against the destination before downloading.

What I underestimated is that “one workflow” should not mean “one review checklist.” A background edit needs edge and transparency checks. Object removal needs reconstruction checks. Extension needs composition checks. Enhancement needs texture and artifact checks. If text, packaging, or product details matter, manual editing may still be the safer final step.

There are operational limits too: available modes and output sizes can change, some combinations require authentication, and higher resolution is not available for every task. Generated output is a candidate, not guaranteed final creative.

For people running small shops or solo businesses: would consolidating these image tasks reduce real overhead for you, or would task-specific tools still feel easier to trust and train around?

While building Konnect, I heard versions of:

Those comments feel great while you're building.

Then you launch and discover the question that actually matters:

Will someone come back tomorrow?

Konnect is an experiment around an emotional social network — Sparks/Vibes based around how you feel, AI Buddy conversations, eCards, Emotional Journey and other ways of connecting that aren't built primarily around followers.

Now I'm trying to separate three very different signals:

1. Someone likes the concept.

2. Someone downloads the product.

3. Someone forms a habit around the product.

Only #3 really starts validating what I'm trying to build.

So I've stopped thinking primarily about downloads and started asking:

What happened during someone's first session that gives them a reason to return?

For consumer founders here, what early signal did you find most predictive of retention?

Was it completing a particular action? Creating something? Inviting someone? Getting a response from another user?

I'm particularly interested in what you measured before you had enough users for sophisticated cohort analysis.

I've been researching a problem that seems to come up fairly often: business owners have a lot of data available to them— revenue, customers, marketing, product usage, etc.but actually figuring out what matters and what they should do next can be difficult.

My idea is a tool that acts more like an AI business analyst than a traditional dashboard.

Instead of showing you 20 charts and expecting you to interpret them, you give it your business data and it would:

• Identify the most important things happening

• Explain why they might be happening

• Highlight the evidence behind the insight

•Prioritize what deserves attention

• Recommend specific actions or experiments

For example:

"Your churn increased 25% this month. Most of the increase is coming from customers who never completed onboarding. I'd investigate onboarding before spending more money on acquisition."

The goal isn't to replace analytics tools, but to turn the data they already have into clear decisions and actions.

I'm considering eventually making it automatically analyze the business every week, but the initial version would simply let someone provide their data and receive an analysis.

My question for business owners:

Would something like this genuinely save you time or help you make better decisions?

If you already have a workflow for this, I'd especially like to know:

• How do you currently analyze your business data?

• Do you ever use ChatGPT/Claude for this?

• What takes the most time?

• What do existing dashboards/analytics tools fail to tell you?

• Would you actually pay for a tool that did this reliably?

I run a web design business focused on local service companies, and I’m testing a simple referral program.
