Personal projects

Hello everyone, I just graduated from my masters degree in IE, and I'm looking for a job in the operations/continuous improvement field. In the meantime, I'd like to work on some personal project. What project do you think I can take?

just got my masters in IE and the best thing i did between jobs was walk through a few local manufacturing shops and ask if i could shadow for a day or just watch their workflow. you'll spot bottlenecks and layout issues in an hour that they've been blind to for years, and a couple places ended up letting me do a small layout redesign or time study for free. builds a portfolio fast and you're not stuck making up fake data in a spreadsheet
