I believe it has now been changed after the government stepped in. They likely chose the style at random from European history as their clothing is mostly of a European style, without understanding the political and social implications.

No this is definitely not random, the Third Reich is very well known in China, the Wehrmacht uniforms are widely recognized as the pinnacle of uniform design and has a big following among the military enthusiasts. Plus Germany and China were partners in the 1930s with lots of help from the Germans even during WW2, hence the Chinese public opinion of the Reich is way more positive than in the west.

The owner of this company is probably one of those die-hard enthusiasts only with the means to LARP like this.

Are you really going to sneak that bullshit in to try and insinuate the PRC was allied with the Nazis, when it was the Nationalists? and even they ceased any collaboration during WW2.

The logo in the OP is an aesthetic, it's not even the Nazi flag, whereas the imperial flag of Japan is actual the flag of a regime that committed war crimes (rape of Nanjing, unit 731, comfort women). The imperial flag in east Asia is as taboo as the Nazi flag in the west.
