Wait... Am I the only one who saw "melons" as I scroll down???? Am I doomed?!

u/_khanrad 8h ago

They got us

u/Psychological_Fox507 8h ago

So I'm not alone... Thank god, but we are still doomed?!

u/No_Elevator_7839 3h ago

I’m here for boobies where they at

u/OutlawSundown 6h ago

Yep my brain went there

u/C_Lo_87 8h ago

They didn't use star pattern on that flywheel, and the exhaust points right at the gas tank...........

u/pexoroo 8h ago

And I can't believe the electronic screwdriver has nearly enough torque for this job. I guarantee he went back and hand tightened those bolts.

u/graveybrains 7h ago

I don't known how he got the nuts on the valve stems at all, you can see them spinning the whole time

u/GargleOnDeez 8h ago

Lack of teflon tape on the instrument fittings and oil line

u/Friend_Of_Mr_Cairo 6h ago

Compression fittings with flared tubing didn't need Teflon tape. This is standard as the sealing surface isn't the threads.

u/Imbendo 4h ago

What do you expect from a guy that starts threads with a powered driver

u/Noxious89123 6h ago

The also didn't connect a hose from the barb on the exhaust to the barb on the fuel tank cap.

I think they must have mounted the fuel tank up there to use gravity feed, rather than using the intended pressure feed.

It gets 3 thimbles to the furlong.

u/girthyclock 8h ago

My car gets 40 rods to the hogshead and that's the way I likes it!

u/The_Only_Egg 5h ago

Put it in H!

u/atomwrangler 8h ago

At 1.3 hp (hampster power)

u/ResponsibleStress933 9h ago

Are the parts custom made? This hobby doesn’t look cheap.

u/tackleboxjohnson 9h ago

Looks like a kit from Musa. $500 usd

u/Ana-Luisa-A 7h ago

I was thinking that I'd buy one to assemble and display like a lego. This managed to cost twice as much lol.

Edit: Just look at the website, they are beautiful. Maybe in a couple years

u/t3chiman 1h ago

Special on aliexpress, under $200 delivered.

u/KaiUno 9h ago

But what is it powering? Just the noise?

u/HerrFistus 9h ago

That's not a question a miniature engine builder would ask himself.

But yes, it'll idle, make noise and that's mostly it.

u/SuspiciousPatate 5h ago

Seems like it's pretty good at making exhaust too!

u/vivaaprimavera 8h ago

People can't make functional models as a hobby? Actually I find it a cool exercise in mechanics and manufacturing.

Better than drooling in the couch.

u/Mindless-Platypus-75 9h ago

Right now nothing, but it’d be capable of powering a small remote controlled car or airplane. It wouldn’t be enough to move a person. Mopeds usually start at 50cc’s at the smallest

u/SandmanKFMF 9h ago

A car for ants? 🤷‍♂️

u/SC_soilguy 8h ago

Maybe an engine for a See-Doo for ants.

u/Inko21 8h ago

Its a mini smoke machine. For home air guitar playing.

u/graveybrains 7h ago

It's a vibrator

u/dalgeek 3h ago

Could be used in an RC plane, car, boat, etc. Some of the guys in my RC club had engines from 0.049 cu in 2-storke up to 25cc or larger 4-stroke.

u/Fit_Veterinarian9263 9h ago

And I feel like a hero when I manage to put stickers on without them being too crooked.

u/MontasJinx 8h ago

I feel heard.

u/rickie-ramjet 8h ago

Would instruct anybody to begin those nuts by finger, to avoid cross threading.

u/D4698 8h ago

No music thank u

u/MBAdk 4h ago

60f. Now I want one. 😍

u/IrememberXenogears 9h ago

Is this a kit? If so, where can I get ine?

u/tackleboxjohnson 9h ago

Google “musa 7cc engine”

Honestly, folks…

u/IrememberXenogears 9h ago

Oh no! Someone asked a question in a comment section! What an idiot!

u/GullibleDetective 8h ago

That they could easily self solve

u/robogobo 7h ago

“Hey man nice shoes, where’d you get them?”

“Pfft let me Google that for you sheesh”

u/GullibleDetective 7h ago

And yet they are literally on their phone or laptop at this moment.

Open new tab, type: "7 cc engine model"

u/robogobo 6h ago

The art of conversation, my friend

u/GullibleDetective 6h ago

The art of self reliance :P

I got no issue if its a specific non surface level question that 2 seconds could find the result for. Oh that's really cool, "Has anyone ever built it or customized it further!?":

u/robogobo 6h ago

Cool so try to change how other people interact rather than skipping over the objectionable question. You’re the kid in school who says “what a stupid question”

u/GullibleDetective 6h ago

There is such a thing as a stupid question and lazy people and those that enable it

u/TmanGvl 8h ago

I didn’t realize they made spark plugs that small

u/Nekroin 9h ago

Engines always fascinate me, but the complexity is so overwhelming and honestly an argument for electric motors. Less parts, less friction, more efficient, less waste and less noisy

u/boogermike 8h ago

Yeah that was what I was thinking as I watched this.

u/robogobo 7h ago

Big oil has entered the chat

u/CycleDad89 9h ago

Oddly satisfying

u/Hi_its_me_Kris 9h ago

lol, is that a 4-stroke? That's cool. Used to play around a lot with 2-stroke nitro engines back in the day in my rc cars and planes.

u/Worldly_Let6134 6h ago

Just needs a turbo now.......

u/Fun_Routine_5245 4h ago

too much part.. a 2 stroke variant would be the best

u/JK_NC 2h ago

Throw that shit on a drone and let Ukraine use it for whatever.

u/indifferentunicorn 1h ago

Ya can’t have an engine do nuttin?

Hook it up to something. Anything.

u/humboldtHue 22m ago

Mechanic overhauling my VW Bus engine

u/Deathcon2040 7h ago edited 2h ago

I'm probably one of the few people that winced when they didn't tighten adjacent bolts on the head, lol

Edit: probably doesn't matter on an engine that small tho.

u/Mikhulan 9h ago

Looks like an orchestra conductor on an IV drip.

u/SierraBravoLima 9h ago

I'm not way into mechanics or engine . But I just watch these kinda stuff fully. Damn

u/Celemourn 9h ago

I need this.

u/niallma 5h ago

Using power tools on this is criminal!

u/Single-Use-Again 7h ago

Very cool but electric motors are the real winner now.

u/enocknitti 8h ago

cooling ???

u/SpiketheFox32 7h ago

Most likely air cooled.

u/Doctor_Harvard 3h ago

Definitely air cooled
