Hello

I hope someone can answer. I have two very unpleasant things... First; I always wonder if people see the world as I do. I mean, can't they see themselves too? Are they their own bodies? This sometimes makes my body numb! Second, my brain always tells me to kill myself! While I don't want to ever kill myself it's just a voice in my mind

Yes, sometimes I think the same thing like do other people feel like I do. Are other people just like me. And for the second thing yeah If you are dealing with anixety or depression, OCD etc. Sometimes (in my case) brain push those thoughts even tho I know I don't want that. For example if I don't like something and I get intrusive thought about that I will spiral and constantly think about that and ask myself: do I like that, am I lying, am I pretending. And I know that intrusive thougt is not real but the more I think about it the worse it gets. So the best solution is to just let it pass as it came and don't worry about it and in my case, I forgot about it and it becames less frequent. And yeah I heard that people with OCD depression anixety.. think a lot about intrusive thought so that's why I mentioned in the beggining.

I dont think all people see the world the same. An easy example would be the Half full half empty glass theory. Definitely have seen this difference in seeing the world more than once in my life.

And as of your comment about brain, well, I totally agree with the previous comment. I have a mixed anxiety depressive desorder and, God knows, almost every time I drive, my mind starts playing games with me imagining different scenarios of a car crash, caused by me in the moment by turning the steering wheel without any specific motive. It is not an option for me in any case, of course, I just say myself "shut up and concentrate on driving", and it works for me. I think it's related to brain chemistry somehow. If this type of thoughts creates discomfort, I would recommend talking to a therapist.
