Heya, I found this art on instagram. At first it captivated me, Sully’s big strong nurture nukes glistening in God’s light had me captivated. But as I took a closer look after breaking free from these devilish hypnotics, I noticed the muscles and bottom half look very weird. And the face feels like it has weirder details that blur together and the proportions feel off. Like the mouth going off to the side and Sully’s right ocular looks like it has two pupils.

Does anyone remember this part?

I’m leaning heavily toward AI-generated, but I wanted a second opinion because some of the details are subtle enough that I’m not completely certain.

The biggest giveaway to me is the typography. The spacing between letters feels slightly unnatural, especially around the “A” and “I,” and the proportions of the characters don’t seem perfectly consistent. The “G” in “IMAGE” also looks suspiciously close to the “E,” which is something I’ve seen in generated text where the model seems to understand that letters belong near each other without fully understanding how typography is supposed to work.

The image also has that overly clean, synthetic quality a lot of AI images have. The background is completely uniform and there’s almost no visible compression, texture, or other imperfection that I would normally expect from a real photograph or screenshot.

Another thing that stands out is the composition. Everything is centered almost too perfectly. AI generators seem to love extremely obvious, symmetrical framing when they don’t have much else to work with, and this feels like exactly that kind of output. A human would obviously have errors with formatting.

The wording itself also makes me suspicious. “OBVIOUS AI IMAGE” feels like something an image generator might produce after being prompted to make an obvious AI image, rather than something a human would naturally photograph in the real world.

That said, modern generators are getting better, especially with text, so I don’t want to rely on any one artifact. Does this look AI-generated to anyone else, or am I overanalyzing???
