Posting the below again as we continue to see scammers infiltrating people’s DM’s. Yesterday we also had someone send “tickets” via a link to a website called myticketshield dot com where the person had to enter their Ticketmaster credentials. They were also told to send a screenshot of their bank account to prove they had the money! Things are getting wild.

We continue to see scammers using banned accounts DM’ing people who post here looking for tickets.

To protect yourself:

- stick to verified sellers
- be cautious with unverified sellers
- make sure the seller comments on your post so you can see their flair, even if they are not verified you will at least know that they are not banned - if they refuse to comment or give an excuse, they are probably a scammer
- check the list of banned scammers in the pinned post on the main page
- ask the seller to go through a “middle man” - scammers will run
- accounts with years of history and lots of karma does not mean they are safe!

We are seeing the same scammers over and over. They are lurking here.

Last week I purchased 2027 quarter season tickets (assuming there's a 2027 season) and had some general questions I am hoping members in this community can help answer. Online information is vague and I tried calling the phone number provided for fan service but they didn't have any information..

1- Do ticket package rotate on a yearly basis, ie, I bought package B for 2027, would I get package C in 2028?

2- Listed benefits include access to buy the home opener in 2027, is there a general timeframe when that window opens?

3- Full STH have access to the postseasons tickets now, when do new 2027 QST holders get access for 2026?

4- Ticket exchange- tickets obviously have different values based on day/team, but overall is there a significant cost exchange from a Tues/Wed game to a weekend game? Does that cost difference increase the farther along in the season? When does ticket exchange open up?
