Data Structures live coding round

Any last minute strategies to absolutely kill the DSA live coding round?

Don't cram a new pattern tonight. That's how you go blank.

Stick to 2-3 things you already half-know and do a couple problems out loud. Talk before you start typing. If you're stuck, say the brute force first so they can see you thinking. Going silent is worse than a messy solution.

And sleep. A tired brain on a familiar problem loses to a rested one every time.

Review arrays, strings, hash maps, two pointers, sliding window, stacks, trees, and BFS/DFS. Practice narrating your thought process, test small examples aloud, and ask clarifying questions before jumping into implementation.
