Everyone needs to keep their commentary about the knoll/arrangement specifically.

Yes, cigarettes are unhealthy. OP likely already knows this. Adults are also allowed to smoke cigarettes if they choose to do so, regardless of whether you personally approve on a social/moral/health-related level.

If you dislike the contents of an otherwise rule-compliant knoll, downvote and scroll past it. Love this knoll!! The Marlboro having the green color instead of the red looks so pretty to me.

Cigarettes sometimes have such pretty packing, especially some Korean and Chinese brands I don’t smoke, but I have considered buying a pack of cigarettes just for the box when I see them in the convenience store.

I don’t smoke and I have asthma but I LOVE the smell of menthol cigarettes specifically. Asthma be damned I do occasionally stand directly next to my friends when they smoke a menthol. (Rare occurrence, but worth it). I can have a little second hand smoke, as a treat. Also, beautiful knoll!
