STONE CHECK Windowing?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Considering this 3.5c fancy blue vvs2 diamond. However they sent me a picture (will post below) where I can kind of see the persons skin peaking through in some spots. Is that windowing? Overall does this look like a worthy diamond? Help! Thanks so much in advance! ☺️

Not necessarily windowing but those spots would indicate the cut is bad and letting light through areas it shouldn’t. I would also pass.

Can you see the person skin peaking through in some spots? Is that normal or is this a horrible diamond?

I heard awhile back that 90% of radiant cuts are bad. specifically the ‘crushed ice’ look. I would ppass.

Pass. This video is also pretty disingenuous for a stone check. They don’t show the full 360° view.

I agree. Its very odd that they arent showing the 360 view. Thanks!!

This is light leakage and a hard pass for me.

Bad cut aside, I like this shade of blue diamond. Thanks!
