Amazon Prime

Has anyone’s Amazon Prime been absolute trash lately? I am charged the full monthly subscription, but the delivery takes almost a week now?? It’s not even a shipping delay, when you check out they will tell me it takes about a week.

Does anyone else experience this? Is it a regional thing? Is Amazon worth keeping?

Lately? Prime has been going downhill for some time. Two day shipping is often up to tow weeks now. Lots of complaints on the amazon sub.

Yes, they are obviously having logistical issues. Probably not enough workers

All my orders arrive in 2 days. I also make certain what I’m ordering is covered by prime 2 day shipping. Gotta be careful on that.

In the brink of cancelling. Using all the free trials on prime video. But the store itself and shipping has gotten worst. I think it's because of people ordering from temu and shein that takes some time to deliver and people don't make a fuss about it.

To my understanding, their initial partnership with USPS ended. Bigger cities have Amazon delivery trucks in their city which is why their residents are still getting their packages within 2 days. Amazon is still redirecting our packages to USPS right now but I guess with the loss of the partnership they lost some of the benefits/access to getting to USPS faster?

The contract got renewed. Its really depends on the zip code and area you live. Amazon uses an algorithm and goes based on supply on hand and who the delivery goes to,( usps, ups, fedex) if it goes to usps its 2day delivery.

No, you're not alone, past few weeks deliveries went from 2 days to 4 now, and we buy a lot from them.

Its not prime fault but usually usps or ups that makes them take longer, i order an item but ups lost my package -_- how can they lost a 100lbs 4 foot vertical box.

I always check the delivery date. Longer delivery is usually not Prime.

Lol they give it to USPS who won't even deliver to me on the second floor. I work a 9-5 so I have to waste my Saturday morning getting my deliveries

Amazon isn't delivered by Amazon here. It's USPS.
