NEWS Last Image of Brian Wells (Pizza Bomber) on August 28 2003 in Erie, Pennsylvania. He conspired to rob a bank with a group of people who forced him to wear a bomb collar during the robbery. He was arrested at 2:44 pm and the bomb detonated at 3:04 pm, 3 minutes before the bomb squad arrived.
