i mean fair, but like your title alone was enough i felt like, like most people woulda just went to the comments and said if they liked 1 or 2 more, but regardless sorry for being mean you clearly dont seem to have attention farming intentions which are sadly so common in art help communities, keep doing what youre doing and i personally liked 1 more!

I like the first one more. I just like stylized and clean lineart , because it's often more expressive.
The 2 is really nice too , but for me the eyes are too big and simple so they clash with the rest of the complex body.

Both styles are good, but I voted for No.2 because of sci-fi theme, subjective preference.

hello thank you for your reply but i'm currently looking to choose a style, so my main question is would you prefer the style in 1 or 2, depending on this i would have done the second poster with the style of the first or vise versa

Sure! Im not a professional or anything so take this all with many grains of salt, its opinion based. The first drawing looks like it could be a completed poster if coloured. It doesnt look like anything more should be added to it. The background is great and the characters are the focus, really nice composition!
The second image is also really cool and what you have drawn looks great. However theres a lot of negative space (which isnt necessarily a bad thing! Negative space can add so so much to an artwork) that makes it in my opinion look unfinished. The blank space doesnt look intentional to me, and more like you plan to add more details/things in between what you have already drawn. You have lightly shaded inbetween characters which does help make it look more intended. I think if colour was added it would likely solve this issue as it would make it obvious that it is complete, but if you are keeping it with pure pencil maybe a border around the poster would help tie it together. The area to the top left and bottom corners especially looks a bit empty.
Again this is all just my opinion and not fact/objectively correct. There are so so many ways to make art and different techniques so feel free to ignore all of this if you dont like it. It is really beautiful art already :)

Sorry to bother you, in my opinion you have given quite the good critique however what I'm looking for is which "art" style would you or the general public prefer, I might do the second poster with the same art style as the first or vise versa. I'm looking for which style to choose from. Thank you

Even though I think 1 looks better (composition and polish), I voted 2 for the style as a very subjective opinion. 2 looks more mature although 1 is easy to look at and I really like the linework on it.
Choosing your style should be your own preference though. What style do you have more fun drawing?

They are both pretty good, I think the composition is better in the first one but I liked the art style of the second one better, so I voted for the second one.

I think these look cool but the face on the person in the middle of the second one reads super ai traced to me. For that reason I prefer the first one.
I'm not accusing you by any means, it just reminds me of that style which I really dislike 😭 not a dig at you. More so a dig at ai as a whole stealing art styles and ruining them for people. You have some skill and these pieces are awesome.
