Question What is this camera angle called?
I'm trying to find pose references for this particular camera angle but couldn't find much. High camera looking down directly at the character, very close to the face, with the character staring directly at the camera. Any ideas?

You're probably looking for some combination of the search keywords foreshortening or foreshortened, high-angle, perspective, and view. Many people use different keywords to describe this kind of shot.

Try searching bird’s eye view, I believe it’s called that

It’s a high angle shot.
Bird’s eye isn’t diagonal , it’s 90 degrees top down.
