Could someone please do me and my family a huge favour and translate this poem by my great grandfather? Google translate never quite gets it right.

Thanks

Welsh Tutor (in Cardiff) or online

Hi, everyone. Shwmae? Dw i wedi dod adref i Gymru ac rydw i eisiau dysgu Cymraeg. I've just moved home to Wales after living away for a number of years and I'd like to start learning Welsh.

I have a few resources that I use but ideally, I'd like to find a tutor to get authentic speaking practice. Does anyone have the contact or know where I can find someone good. Ideally, it would be in person but we can also do online if you know someone good....

Diolch.
