TLDR: Bought a Lego set from an auction site some years back. Finally opened it today and gosh darn it, minifigures and sticker sheet are missing.

Background: more of a vent (and to share with others my lesson learnt). Bought (bid?) for set 76193 Guardians’ Ship on an auction site some time back.

Brought it home, never opened it (lack of space). Fast forward few years later in my new place, finally decided to look at it properly and open it this morning.

Sticker tabs on outside of box repositioned. Uh oh.

Envelope for manual has household tape on it. Sticker inside is missing. Darn it.

All minifigures non-existent. Hulk sad.

Numerous lessons here guys! So now I get to build a guardian-less Guardians’ Ship.

Hello! Would love weigh in on this, but all to say, one of my fave sets of all time is the 2023 Eldorado Fortress, I loved the build of it and am looking for an experience closer to that. I can only get one of either Barad-Dur or Minas Tirith, so wondering which of those is closer to that set's build?

Hello I’m looking for some advice here. I got this at a yard sale and I know that it’s missing some pieces but looking through it and looking at it I would say that it’s 90% complete maybe more I know I’m missing three mini figs, but it looks like most of the other ones and the more desired many figures are here considering the price of this new in the box. Would it be worth trying to figure out all the missing pieces and ordering them to complete the set for resale? What would be the value of this set incomplete the way that it sits? Thank you

For me it's the Dune ornithopter and some of the awesome 2010 sets from when I was a kid, like atlantis and power miners. I just recently watch the Dune movies and read the books and I've loved the series. The sad part is that the ornithopter is out of stock and retiring so I'll have to fight through the sludge of second hand sellers if I want to get one. The biggest kick in the guts is that the set is currently 30% off on Legos website too!

This is a tiny bit of a spur of the moment thing, but I am feeling inspired to get back into stop motion lego animation. I want to use a super generic figure; blue legs, red top, the smiley face with two dots and smile as the star. I don’t want to break the bank for a simple lil guy but I wanted to ask where I can find him?
