I mean - yeah, it looks like that, but I've seen enough grown adults running around saying stuff like this it really makes you consider the source. Is it a child or it is some fully grown adult?
Just saying... dehumanization like this is how it starts. The bourgeois, the Jews, those pesky Christians, et. al. We have a lot of far, far left candidates who won primaries and we cannot be complacent. Letting this kind of thought in the door of our political system opens us up to be preyed upon by those who do not consider us human, but refuse to be disposed of in furtherance of their ideology.

... when the Grand Mufti of Palestine in the 1930's and 1940's was, in fact, a Nazi (-supporter at the very least), who literally proposed (as in sent a letter to the Third Reich) an alliance with Hitler. Not to mention all the "river to sea" people of today seeming to have a completely irrational hatred of Jews and them having a piece of their ancestral homeland equivalent in size roughly to Massachusetts.

This type of inchoate screeching has made all invective coming from the far left impotent.
In my local city subs, conservative voters in our very moderate districts constantly get called MAGA Trumper's by our very far left, even when our local elected officials are sometimes Democrats, sometimes independents, sometimes Republicans.
Our City Sub's will vote into oblivion any mention of Women's sports being for Women only.. that is clearly Nazzi Propaganda, obviously.
You cannot mention, ever, that immigration enforcent is good, even when news stories post some drug dealer as being held for immigration... total Trumper Misinformation!
So, those of us who are Common Sense Moderates just don't care anymore. Call me racist, don't care. Call me Nazzi, don't care. Call me Homophobic or transfobic, or whatever the new "I hate Normal People" word salad of the day is... just don't care anymore.

Honestly, I'm at the point where I'd be ok with splitting the country and dividing it based on views (would be a shit show, but hypothetically speaking) and seeing how long until the left collapsed. I'd give them 2 years, and that's being generous.
