I can't comment on Korean, but I get this kind of thing with Japanese too.
I think the AI that double checks "wrong" answers doesn't speak with the AI that gives explanations, so the second AI just has to guess.
In Japanese I'll get marked wrong for trivial things like writing 2 instead of 二 or 二 instead of 2. The explanation AI has clearly been given instructions that it must explain what's wrong, so it's a challenge when my response is perfectly correct and the AI just has to cobble something together.

This happens regularly in my lessons when I use the word/syllable blobs to construct a sentence. Sometimes when the word order doesn’t exactly match the sample sentence the app accepts it as an OK variation. Sometime, it’s marked wrong, and when I hit “tell me why” I get this kind of answer: my spacing and punctuation was wrong. But we can’t use spacing or punctuation in this exercise. I’m guessing that this is what happens when the AI thinks the sentence is actually fine in terms of language but knows it has to mark it wrong and needs an excuse? I don’t have any previous experience in Korean before using Lingodeer so I can’t tell if my answer is really wrong or if I should be flagging it when this happens.
I got the spacing and punctuation explanation in a word blob exercise again, this time when doing Korean 1 through the "native speaker of Japanese" version of the course. But in the Japanese version of the explanation, it adds that when one uses the order of "place + 같이", it has a more natural and smooth flow. Again, my Korean isn't good enough to know if this is right or not, but if it is, it would be nice if the English explanation mentioned it too.
(I'm not a native speaker of Japanese, just an advanced learner. BTW, I really like that Lingodeer lets me switch between languages while maintaining my place in the course!)
