Question Laptop suggestion

Hey my frd is going to pursue aeronautical engineering and she does some graphics designing sort of.....and she wants the best laptop round 70-80k l.Any suggestion will be helpful

Maybe a thinkpad e14 gen 5 U might have to look for 2nd
