I made tiramisu macarons in June with espresso powder shells and a mascarpone filling. They were my favorite I’ve ever made. What’s the filling in these?

Oohh this sounds so good. How much espresso powder did you add to the shells?

One tablespoon of coffee crystals, which I grind up with a mortar and pestle, and then it's like two teaspoons of powder.

Are the shells flavoured or just coloured?

Flavored with ground coffee crystals, which gives it a little bit of color!
