Question Cotton or Polyester?

So I'm planning to make Macrame basket in my bathroom. But the problem is the placement I'm putting the basket is gonna get wet all the time

So which one materials I used? So that it won't get moldy. Because it will look terrible and of course health problem

Id go with polyester. Seems like it would hold up better than cotton if it'll stay wet most of the time.
