Bulk Trim, what do you guys do with it?

Hey guys, wanted to see what you guys do with your trim? Most bigger processors will only come and take it if it’s over a 1000 pounds.

We’ve got around 600 that’s high quality and with lots of keif, I hate to let it sit till we bring it up to a 1000, have you guys found any options for ‘smaller’ quantities?

Led lights for commercial

Looks like floraflex also makes LED lights for a good price. Do you have any experience with flora flex lights? Other good lights for a fair price?

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about under canopy lighting at first.

Been running the GrowPros UCL Model 4 and the thing that caught my attention is how much control you actually get from having two independent channels.
The main channel is 80% red + white, then you’ve got the separate 730nm far red channel. Being able to control those independently is a pretty big deal if you’re actually trying to manage what’s happening below the canopy instead of just throwing more light at the room.
This Spaceship run is probably the best example I’ve seen of it being used properly. They’re using the UCL 4 to work the lower canopy instead of just accepting that everything underneath is going to be larf.
I’d definitely be interested to see a side by side harvest with and without UCLs. That’s where the real proof is.
But visually? Hard to argue with what’s happening under that canopy.

Help, premature oxidation

Help, premature oxidation. Does anyone have experience with similar cases? In a room with 3 different genetics, on the 23rd it began to oxidize prematurely. It has to be a factor they share because the 3 genetics share the problem to a greater or lesser extent. I'm on day 23 with 26/27 centigrade, 62/67 hr, 1.1-1.4 vpd, 900/1000 ppfd 1400/1500 ppm co2, athena proline 3.0, run off from 5.0 to 10.0 with Ph ranges from 5.5 to 6.1. In all tables it presents the symptom, it is not due to wind since it happens at several points, likewise the wind measurement is usually at 0.6/0.1 m/s

Has anyone found any sensor system that is as accurate as the Aroya set up but isn't a subscription based program? I really hate this toll system we are in with everything. After you buy it you don't own it....... It drives me insane.

Teros 12 Clone

Does anyone else run these teros 12 clones from Alibaba?

So far great experience, cost around $170 thinking about buying more but hesitant because I don't know if they hold up long term.

It's a BGT Sec Z2 and even comes in modbus rs485 version which is just amazing.

Looks feels and reports the same data as teros, even has the tiny bend that teros have in their spikes.

This Grape Stomper is green and healthy but shows these yellow areas in the leaves. There’s 12 strains in this room but the Grape Stomper is the only one showing these leaves. Has anyone seen/know what this is?

Hi guys. I need some advice

Grandparents have been farming this land since before I was born and they’re now too old to make proper use of it. That’s where I’m stepping in. I’ve been growing indoor for a while, but I started with outdoor (small scale). I want to grow on that patch that I market for starters. How would you guys go about starting. Would you go for a greenhouse op, a net house or just straight outdoor and what would that look like? The sun here reaches around 34 degrees Celsius at its peak. The last has always been fertile, all they’d do is sow the seeds and the field would take off, no irrigation, no watering, they’d just let them be. I wanna see this land filled with some dank cannabis.

4x4 cubes drying out to fast.

Stacking 4x4 cubes on top of 6x6 cubes.

Once roots are penetrating the bottom of the 4x4’ when stacked on top of the 6x6’s the 4 x4’s seem to dry out from a 56-VWC down to a 10-12 VWC within 10-15 minutes. Bottom cubes are fully saturated, air flow is set to a minimum and room is currently at .8 VPD.

4 inch Rockwool Cubes from Start to Finish in macro7commercial growing

6 inch rockwool cubes is obviously the standard for commercial growers who want to grow with rockwool and without slabs. But honestly, I keep on asking myself why there aren't more people growing with 4 inch rockwool cubes from start to finish without slabs, smaller plants but higher plant count. Especially among those who plant with multi tier racks with height constraints. I never saw anyone doing this. For sure I can imagine that they will dry out much faster with only 1 litre of volume. But considering the fact that really huge plants are being grown in 6 inch rockwool cubes....

Anyone around who does it? Or did it?
