First time stacking 🪰

Quite pleased with the results, especially considering it was a windy day! This is a stack of 20 images shot handheld with natural lighting and then combined in Helicon Focus. The hardest part of it all was finding subjects that would sit still! I’ll have to get some more practice in soon.

Taken with a Sony a7V using the Sony 90mm macro lens.

Good job. Insects can be so frustrating to try to get shots of because of how much they move, but when you do, it's pretty satisfying.

Less movement in the morning while it’s relatively cool out. Two subjects that come to mind are sleeping bees and moths. Some beetles are quite cooperative too when the sun isn’t shining yet or heating things up. Cloudy weather is ideal especially without wind.
