Japanese publishers put a lot of new series on their own sites for free — first chapters, sometimes the newest one. Almost none of it reaches English readers, not because anyone decided against it, but because nobody is watching those pages.

I started a channel that follows ten of those magazines (Shueisha, Kodansha, Shogakukan, Futabasha, Shinchosha and others) and posts a preview of what shows up: the first ~15 pages in English, over the original art, with the publisher, magazine, demographic and status. The original and the English version both go up, so you can compare.

It's meant for two things — knowing what's actually being published right now, and having something to judge by when you're deciding which series deserve a proper translation.

It’s not working

I keep refreshing, but mangaK on mihon has not updated chapters for OPM, after chapter 235. Both the extension and the mihon app are updated, yet I keep having this issue. Is mangaK down or what? Kindly help

​I’ve been using ComicK lately to read manga and manhwa, but even with recent updates, the UI still feels pretty clunky. In the past, I’ve used platforms with much cleaner interfaces—like Atsumaru and older setups—and I usually browse everything.moe whenever I'm on the hunt for a better alternative.

​Recently, I stumbled across MangaFire (mangafire. to), and my first impression of the UI is really solid. The dark aesthetic looks great, the colors are easy on the eyes, and navigating around feels genuinely smooth. I haven't read a full series on it just yet, so the real test will be whether it suffers from the same issue almost every reader site has: agonizingly slow image loading.

I would like to raise some concern with the app, because lately i couldn't search any manwha/hua/nga anymore. As you can see here. The extensions should appear In the sources, but in my case— it did not. The extensions can only be seen in extensions. When i try to search, it appears nothing. I already searched some ways on how to resolve it, but it did not work. I tried resetting it and used force stop. If anyone had the same problem as mine, and you were able to resolve it, please let me know how you did it. Iv

So a lot of manga I want to check out aren't either aren't available in collected volumes yet, or even if they are, are no longer being uploaded as the collected volume releases, but are available chapter-by-chapter within the big weekly magazine releases (like Jump or MangaUp or whatever).

If I just want to get all the chapters for ONE series within those releases that have a single chapter of dozens of titles...is there any way to do it all at once? Like, is there way to take 50 Weekly Viz torrents, for example, import them into qbittorrent and only select all of the Akira Falling in Love chapters, all at once, without having to open each torrent, one-by-one, to select just that folder/file?

Even better if there's a way to just take a bunch of the torrents, whether a chapter is missing in one (skipped week or irregular schedule) and still be able to just filter all of that one title within all of the torrents if it is present. (Or is there a way to search for only the weekly magazine uploads for the ones that have a specific series in them that week?)

As it is right now, it's very tedious to try to find all the chapters I'm looking for because they're only in the weekly magazine releases and not searchable by the title of the series within those releases.

The website is working perfectly and i can still read comics from history and popular list when you open the extension. It's just searching doesn't work at all no matter what you write. Started a day ago. Is the problem from me or is everyone having the same problem?

I’m pretty new to reading manga, and I recently learned that I can put manga on my Xteink V3 by downloading it as an EPUB file. So far, the only way I’ve been able to get manga to work properly on the device is by using EPUB files.

For example, I downloaded Berserk Volume 1 from OceanofPDF, where they offered a direct EPUB download. It worked perfectly. The manga looked good on my Xteink V3, and everything functioned well.

However, when I finished Volume 1 and wanted to read Volume 2, OceanofPDF only had Volume 2 available as a PDF. Since PDFs aren't supported by my Xteink, I downloaded the PDF and converted it to an EPUB using KCC. When I transferred the converted file to my Xteink, though, the pages were extremely dark and were almost completely blacked out.

Did I possibly do something wrong when converting the PDF with KCC that caused the pages to become so dark or nearly black on my Xteink?
