I downloaded the seconds game on steam and it doesn't have controller support, I hate using mouse and keyboard for shooting games.

I'm just tagging this as Help since I don't know what else I would.
I even turned the brightness up since I can't find the guy I keep missing.

After 8 runs and about 4 since I first played MP3, I finally decided to grind for those three achievements I wanted. Now my Max can finally take his finger off the trigger.

It's all over. No more single-player challenges. No more time limits. No more bullets to be fired. Only silence.

And that was without any mods. Although yes, we can see his face in cutscenes but not during gameplay

I haven't replayed the game recently since I was busy for other games for grinding and stuff.

How many of you are still playing it?

I was just thinking there is a novel that came out in 2013 that explains Max's past but I don't how would that work since bullet time is core gameplay of these games

GTA 6 gunplay reminded me of MP3 so I am gonna replay it now on Steam Deck. It’s been many years but I think the game aged well!

Fun fact: MP3 was my first ever Steam purchase when it came out.

I sign into social club and it just loads forever and ever and ever, but as soon as I deactivate social club, the game works, but only in single player I wanna play multiplayer again, but I can’t find any solution to fix it. I’m hoping Reddit will help me with this. Any ideas?

I have been fan of Max Payne since I was 13. Those games left me traumatized. I loved Mona Sax so much that I changed my Facebook name to it. Cringey!

It’s obvious that we won’t get any news just yet with Control Resonant & GTA VI being both companies main focus and we also might not get them on current gen consoles but I’d love to know

1. If they keep the original gameplay and add extras like FPS, executions etc

2. If the gameplay differs a little between 1 & 2

3. If they change or keep certain bits of the story i.e. family death scene etc

Title. I hit "play" and it goes blue for a moment, then goes back to play and nothing launches. How can I fix this, please? So far, everything I've read has not fixed it.

so the title is pretty self explanatory, i wanna play the dead man walking mode and i know that it needs a connection. so the question is is there a mod or any other fix for this? i really wanna play this game cuz i love the combat but im getting tired of playing the campaign for so many years now

Hello to all of you! As you can read from the title of my post, I'm here to share my excitement for Max Payne 1. I bought the game on PSN and after some minor difficulty with the joypad controls (R2 is used for jumping, very strange), my journey into Payne's nightmare began: Valkyr was waiting for me. I loved the atmosphere, the sequences of nightmares with blood trails in the emptiest void, those childish corridors with little Rose's cries, Payne's awareness that he can only find peace through revenge against the drug Valkyr (and perhaps he won't find peace anyway). At first I was hesitant to buy a PS2 title but I'm glad I did because it reminded me how great older generation games with inferior graphics but significantly superior entertainment were. The only aspect I unfortunately feel like I'm missing is the TV series "Address Unknown" sadly I only saw one scene on one TV, then I never saw it again. I'm at the beginning of Part 3 and "that meta revelation" was extraordinary.
