A few tips for filing an effective complaint:
- Submit it as soon as possible, while the details are still fresh
- Include the date and time
- Include where it occurred
- Include what happened
- Include who was involved — driver, another rider, the vehicle, etc.
If your issue is systemic, consider getting involved with one of the advocacy groups listed below.
