I didn't know if the addition of ham made it a grilled cheese or a melt 🫠

I hope the cheddar, Gruyere, sourdough, caramelized onion MELT, with a roasted tomato basil soup is accepted here

One of my favorites, made a couple of these this afternoon on sourdough with provolone, colby jack, mild cheddar, havarti, and some peppered bacon, all grilled up in cast iron filled with kerrygold butter 🤤

Easy and delicious!

Mayo both sides. Seared in a pan. Colby Jack and Cajun turkey

homemade bread and pesto + provolone, gruyere and muenster, butter and olive oil

Shard Cheddar, Gruyère, Gouda with homemade caramelized onion + confit garlic + fine chopped bacon spread, fresh sliced jalapeños, and hot honey drizzle on sourdough fried in bacon fat. Side of from scratch tomato soup. All in it’s about 3 hours of cooking (+ waiting around while onions caramelize and garlic bakes) and it’s 100% worth it.

Sourdough, provolone, havarti, colby jack, kerrygold, and a cast iron pan is all ya need!

Posh Toastie Tuesday , Shredded Chinese roast duck with onion, mushroom, mozzarella, water chestnuts, baby sweetcorn, jalapenos in a sweet Hoisin Sauce. In Seasoned Bread and served with Sriracha chilli, garlic mayo.
