Myself and the other mods are a team of VOLUNTEERS. We do not get paid to babysit all of you. It is mainly up to you to read the rules and follow them. So, yes, some memes that break the rules can slip through the cracks. If you see one, report it. That is the best way to bring it to our attention for removal.
