And it’s just going to keep getting worse as we get older. Time seems to go by faster every year

Does anyone feel like time has been flying by since COVID? Holy shit.

Imagine how many things we could've gotten had the lockdown never happened

*the pandemic.
At least 7,115,203 million people died and millions more would have died if we didn't do lockdown.

What did you even do this summer? So many memorable things have happened!

u/JKaluza2 3h ago
Honestly, my year was rough, my exam didn't go so well, started a relationship with a girl, she broke up with me. Stuff actually felt really slow, and now, during summer, when I'm finally resting, it felt like it went too fast.

Opposite for me. I didn't even notice August go by. Wtf is happening? What do you mean GTA is 2 months away?

I wish. Starting December 30th 2025 and ongoing this has been the longest year I can recall

Not for me. This year has been so taxing and emotionally draining. It’s been an eternity

First week of pandemic still felt like last year, doesn't feel like half a decade ago

Thirty days hath September. April, June, and November. All the rest have thirty-one. Except, February alone. To which we twenty-eight assign. Till Leap Year gives us, twenty-nine.

u/thistoowasagift 9h ago
This was never helpful for me because so many months rhyme with September and November, I couldn’t remember which ones are actually in the rhyme

Y’all are overreacting, this year has not felt like it has gone by that fast, it has felt pretty long ngl.
I’ve been enjoying it a lot, probably my favorite year this decade!

Northwestern Italy more like: January to May takes one blink, then May to August is centuries (cries in 40c 95% humidity), then another blink.

u/Educational-Bad8346 Smol pp 5h ago
For me it was the opposite, can't believe how much stuff I've did since January
1
u/TheEgginator1234 1h ago
It felt like three years for me
Every other year before hand felt so much shorter and some I didn't even realise how fast it went.

I know people exaggerate all the time about time feeling faster since covid but it genuinely feels like january was a week ago to me. like i actually can't see the difference between a week and that time it feels that close
