Dmv

What dmv is best to be at at open? I need to renew and i guess take a new Pic or something so I have to go in. I dont mind driving as long as I'm not waiting there. Also i need any mail with address?

You can renew and take new pic at a Kiosk.

Live wait times are published online, as well as clear instructions for what you need to bring with you. The lines are so long in part because people get all the way to the window with nothing but bill of sale in crayon and coupon book with their old address on it, and then they try to negotiate.

If it all possible, make an appointment instead of just going in. If you've got time to schedule out before your current license expires having an appointment is going to save you so much time in line waiting. You can schedule one from the TN DMV website.
