Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

my 2nd post for this but i feel that this shows the shimmering more clear. any help would be appreciated. ive been working on this for days and im to stubborn to give up. i have dlss enabled. im using dlss 3.8.10. ive tried multiple different dlss presets. when i disable dlss the shimmering stops but then there is major ghosting on everything

3.8.10 uses preset E by default. My personal recommendation for flicker reduction is preset K with the DLSS auto exposure turned on. You'll need to use a newer 310 version to have K. And use something like DLSS tweaks to change the settings. Also nice pack.

Which GPU are you using? Also can you turn on the DLSS hud to make sure it's working?

Do you have smooth motion enabled for the game in the Nvidia App? That could be causing it when moving. And does it go away when you disable upscaling - if so then that'd suggest it's a DLSS issue because the game generally upscales using DLSS Performance which will have artifacts.

It is there even without movement but that could be due to the actual light source breathing and moving. It does go away without dlss and I’d have no problem disabling dlss except for that when I disable it, everything leaves a ghost trail when moving. When I played over a year ago on my 40 series card I always left dlss disabled for the same flickering issue but didn’t have the ghosting issue with it disabled. I have a 50series card now so idk if that has brought up the ghosting issue
