Tech Question Minibike idle backwards?

I got a new carb and I don't know what I did, but the throttle thingy(black thing with the spring) is all the way to the wrong side

put a spring on the governor arm so it pulls the throttle back shut that’s what i do on all my bikes

Yeah I'm just still confused on what I did wrong in the first place
