hello guys I’m just getting back into the mini bikes again I’m having trouble with it squeaking when started I’ve it’s been sitting for over a year I put a new carb ,changed the oil put gas a new clutch aswell but I’m still having troubles if anyone can help id appreciate it

Without actually looking at it in person, here is my unprofessional prognosis:

• Recoil starter mechanism: probably my first suspect. The starter pawls, center bushing, or recoil assembly can get dry and squeak every revolution.
• Flywheel rubbing somewhere: the recoil housing or shroud could be slightly bent and touching the flywheel/fan.
• Compression leaking past something: a loose spark plug, damaged plug washer, or head-gasket leak can sometimes make a surprisingly mouse-like chirp on every compression stroke.
• Dry/sticking valve train: unlikely, but a rocker/valve can chirp rhythmically if something is dry or out of adjustment.
• Internal bearing issue: also unlikely
