Doing everything right and still getting taken out

You can ride perfectly and still get hit by someone staring at their phone. Watch your mirrors and always leave yourself an escape path. Stay safe out there.

Drivers do not respect pedestrian crossings in Turkey.

Also İstanbul drivers are animals in general. When I see one I know they'll cut me off and pin me to the side to enter a one way road from the wrong way at twice the speed limit.

(Every car in that video has a İstanbul licence plate if anybody is wondering.)

You also get fined through traffic cameras if you dont stop for pedestrians at zebra crossings. At least in my city.
