Petcock problems with Vulcan 750 1997. Not getting enough fuel to fuel bulbs

I'm getting good suction. When Im running above idle the fuel will eventually run dry in one of the filter bulbs right before the carburetor then the other. (duel carb) I have the correct petcock and have all the lines attached correctly. What could be causing this. Is it possible the fuel air mix is off and its pulling way to much fuel? It is idleing just fine.

That bike didn't come with fuel filters between the petcock and the carbs.
