​I’m trying to find an American/English-language sci-fi movie (likely a TV movie or low/mid-budget Young Adult indie film from the late 2000s or 2010s). I watched it dubbed on Turkish TV (ATV) a few years ago.

​Here are the specific plot details I remember:

​Opening Scene: It starts in a regular high school classroom (science/physics class). The teacher is explaining a specific type of metal/alloy and its property of deflecting/reflecting certain rays or energy beams.

​Main Character's Trait: The male teenage protagonist had an accident prior to the story and has a surgical metal plate under the skin of his cheek/jaw.

​The Secret Academy: He gets sent or recruited to a secluded, high-tech academy (something like "Academy X" or "Project X") along with many other teenagers. It turns out to be an experiment facility where they test on the kids and wipe their memories afterward.

​The Escape Scene: The protagonist tries to escape the facility with a girl he meets there. The staff/guards use a remote device/beam to wipe his memory from a distance, but it fails because the beam reflects off the metal plate in his cheek, keeping his memory intact and allowing them to escape.

​The movie had a dystopian YA vibe similar to The Maze Runner, The Darkest Minds, or Tower Prep, but it was definitely a standalone movie rather than a TV series.

i don't remember much, but the girls of a school were unhappy with something and started some kind of riot. they kidnapped a guy named "Shapiro" (or similar) and held him hostage tied to a chair in locker room or classroom. he was more of the nerdy "loser" type and pretty weak. a minor role but his name was mentioned a few times.

i think, this movie was released sometime between 1990 and 2020.

I remember only a few sketchy details like

I'm trying to identify a movie, short film, or series scene from a clip I saw online featuring a very specific creature encounter in an overcast, realistic forest next to a water stream. In the scene a terrified man holding an old hunting rifle stands frozen after a tall, slim monster brutally kills someone nearby. The creature's chest is split wide open, with its ribs sticking outward like sharp, piercing teeth. It slowly approaches the terrified hunter, leans in close to smell him while transforming to a human woman. And leaves him. I read in the comments that it does not kill humans that's why it left him alone.

So I watched this movie I think on Netflix a couple years back, every once in a while something triggers memories from that movie and it pisses me off every time I think about it because I can’t find said movie, now to the details I remember

- I’m fairly certain the movie started out with a group of teenage boys going to a party in the woods

- next scene I remember was the boys waking up in one of the boys houses, the room they were in was an upstairs room and one of the boys had definitely slept on the floor

- one of them ended up finding a goat head in the closet which made them wonder what the hell happened the night prior

- pretty sure they had found out they had been laced with pcp

- rest of movie was recovering steps from the night prior

That’s all I can really remember and I haven’t for the life of me been able to figure it out, definitely a more teenager drama type… and there’s a chance it has just been removed from streaming all together I don’t really know.. and there’s also a chance I could be mixing movies up

Okay, so I remember watching this film when I was REALLY little. It was definitely appropriate for kids and had a disney-style 2d animation. If I remember correctly, it was about this cricket/grasshopper kid who was on a quest to stop a purple, tyrannical salamander who was keeping some sort of nature spirit lady captive. I don't remember if it was a musical, but I SWEAR that this movie is real! Has anybody else heard of this movie???

I saw half of it on Comedy Central in mid 2000’s.

an Asian tv series maybe from china or korea, its set on ancient era where swords fought, and has some fantastic kungfu techniques.

the story contains some queen woman with the name "the moon queen/princess" who has gangs of ninjas and she has some special technique with wax water, she literally throws dripping water from her handles into enemies mouth, nose to make them obey or kill? in kungfu manner. its about cool kungfu jambo and intense korean relationship.
