Modding Got lumacode working
Can say I would recommend this mod to anyone with a nes & the ossc. The video quality is beautiful. Pixel perfect! It was super easy to install and it's half the price as a hdmi mod. I had some issues setting up the ossc but that was likely my own fault for not reading. It helps if you read the wiki. The ppu digitizer only supports 2x and 5x with the ossc classic*. With those two options you have both aspect ratios you would want.
Edit: limited to 2x & 5x with the ossc classic. Apparently supports more with other scalers.

I was just saying the same thing. I said mm2 isn't the most expensive game I own, but it's in a hard shell case because it is the best game I own. The music is S tier!!

I need to get more of those cases. There are about 5 of my close to 100 titles not in one

I wish I had more space for more original plastic cases. I'm running low on space in my gaming closet. Still need a few more and I'll have a set of 25 super solid games. I gotta for quality over quantity.

My cell phone doesn't take the best of photos, the quality is nicer in person. Check out YouTube to see more accurate video, just wanted to share my review as it's a newer mod.

Very cool! I met with cOpperdragon this week, he was kind enough to install a PPUdigitizer in a TinyNES for me, and demoed it working on a OSSC, Retrotink 4K and of course his own RGBtoHD widget. Super happy that it was possible to expand the output of the TinyNES with such an elegant solution.

Nice! Yah it's a really friendly to install mod. I'm glad a lot of companies adopted this new thing. The 2x mini was still playable, but this is so much better. I wish he would do this for other consoles, but I agree with him. It gets tricky with surface mount chips with such a fine pitch.

I think the same mod is available for the sega master system now?

I believe so, should be for most 8bit systems of that era. SMS has native RGB right? I will admit the nes looks way cleaner than the rgb modded SNES 1chip and the rgb modded n64. Wish he could figure out a simple way to do it for 16bit systems.

So far with my experience, an rgb mod is a more versatile mod to do. It’s more expensive, but also benefits to not needing a scaler or external device to decode it

Can you expand on what this is? I know Google exists, but it seems like something you’re proud of so I hope you don’t mind me being lazy and asking!
Also, looks fine over cell phone pics, for what it’s worth!
