Question Can’t log back in
Why won’t it let me log in anymore is this a bug ?

This is happening to me and I have so much work to do! And the stuff I need is on there. This is infuriating.

I was able to log in but then all my documents are gone and I can't seem to find them . I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a week now and I am falling behind on work as well. very ridiculous .

I was able to log in and everything is there. I do pay for it but I don’t know if that makes a difference or not. And I have everything backed up on my iPad.

Yea I had mine backed up as well but somehow I have 1-2 months of documents missing . I dont understand it . Please Ive been through damn near all the possible solutions to try to recover .

My organization ended our contract with the email domain and the app wouldn’t let me change my email so I can’t get into my account because it logged me out and I have no access to the old email since it was deactivated. Been trying for days to get ahold of someone. Never did I think they wouldn’t have 24/7 human support or a call support line. The AI help bot said someone would email in 3-5 business days. Guess until then I’m screwed. I’m in optometry school and have a lot to do and no way to access my notes.
