What tourists are good? I never hear "oh people from this country make such lovely tourists", it's always negative.

Germans in northern Canada are great tourists.

Brits, Russians and Chinese tourists suck. For bit different reasons but nevertheless.

As true as that is, there are definitely some excessive categories. Russians and Isr4elis come to mind for utter disrepect. Chinese and Indians tend to mostly have "different" customs but not necessarily ill intentioned.
