I have 4 years of RN experience at a SNF and am trying to transition into ICU nurse (if possible). This is my resume. I included one part of my clinical rotation since it is the same hospital that I will be applying to (but different units). I do have an upcoming ICU nurse shadowing experience, just waiting for a date to be scheduled. I would appreciate feedback! What are hiring managers looking for?

We're looking for a licensed RN to serve as the Administrator for our nurse registry. This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants to leverage their license in an administrative capacity while also continuing their direct patient care.
Flexible arrangement — perfect for an RN looking for supplemental income or a side hustle to their current business
DM me if interested or if you have questions

Hi everyone, I hope this is allowed… I’m an RN currently enrolled in an MSN program. My assignment is to interview 3 nurses from different cultures/race/generation. If any nurse is interested in answering these questions, it would be greatly appreciated.
Interview questions:
Your Age/Culture/Generation
How long have you been a nurse
What specialty area are you currently in?
Describe the type of work and hours you desire to work?
Describe what you desire from your work life?
What do you do for self care/relaxation?
What do you desire from your nurse manager?
Thank you again, 🙏

Hi everyone! I am a soon to be new grad RN and really want to move to Denver! I go to school in Georgia, so I am wondering how difficult it is for out-of-staters to get New Grad RN jobs in Denver? I'm specifically looking at Colorado Children's and Denver Health. I currently work as a tech in the PICU at a really high level Children's hospital in Atlanta, so really hoping that will help me out. Ideally I would love to stay in the PICU/ICU setting. What are the odds of me getting hired/anyone have any tips?
