Hiii! I've been hosting "noticing walks" in the neighborhood where we casually amble around and look for interesting things on the ground to photograph (or sketch, or other medium of your choice!). You don't have to be an artist to join though. It's mainly about tapping in to what's around us and thinking creatively.
Does anybody know of an artist who is good in this exact style? I haven’t been able to get in contact with the artist who did these, but I’d love to be able to find someone in NYC (preferably Brooklyn or Manhattan) who does this kind of work. Thanks for the help.
How does an idea become a novel? A feature film? Or a compelling photograph?
This weekend, Tattvasrishti Studios opens its doors for a special two-day creative workshop experience exploring the worlds of Photography and Writing.
Across the weekend, participants can choose from eight immersive workshops — four focused on Photography and four on Writing.
You can attend individual workshops, follow one complete creative track, or experience the entire weekend.
The workshop is FREE. Registration is required.

ABOUT TATTVASRISHTI
A CREATIVE MEDIA HOUSE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, WRITING & FEATURE FILMS
Tattvasrishti is a Bengaluru-based creative media house specialising in Photography, Writing and Feature Films.
Our work spans the creative journey — from creating photographs and visual stories to developing original stories, books, screenplays and feature films.
At the heart of Tattvasrishti is our 4,000 sq. ft. working studio, spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors on 100 Feet Ring Road, Banashankari.
The studio is a working creative environment for Photography, Filmmaking, Writing and creative development — a space where images are created, stories are developed and films are conceived and made.
Tattvasrishti also offers structured creative education in Photography, Filmmaking, Writing and Animation.
THIS WEEKEND, WE OPEN OUR STUDIO TO YOU.
Come into the space where we create.
Look through the eyes of great photographers.
Understand how images are composed and lit.
Discover how stories are built.
Explore how an idea can become a novel or a screenplay.
And spend two days surrounded by people who are curious about the same things you are.
I'm looking for a space in NYC (or somewhere else in Brooklyn or Queens) I can use to spraypaint an art project and leave it there for a few days to dry. Anyone have suggestions?
Looking to connect with anyone who knew Clint Cline (University of Colorado Boulder printmaking professor, passed in 2019). I was one of his students and I hold dear memories of him.
I'm a fiber artist in LA and I need help finding a photographer to capture my sculptural artworks. I'm open to working with students because my budget is small. Also open to negotiating cost and even art trading if that's an option for you.
Doing it myself is not an option because I rather leave it to an expert in the craft and I don't have equipment for it. If you're interested share your portfolios below or send me a DM!
Hi! Does anyone else remember these from a capsule coin operated vending machine in the 2000’s? Maybe in the LES? I’ve had them since then and loved them but never found out who the artist “George” was.
