Original Newbie, Need Pointers

Hewwo! I'm new to modding Oblivion, and I've seen quite a few videos of very modernized looking OG Oblivion. I would very much like to get my game up to the highest quality look possible but I can't seem to find guides for more than the basics, and as I've had a very bad experience with Wabbajack I would very much prefer manual installation. Any pointers? I also would like to have an NSFW suite along the lines of OStim.

Dawg there isn't anything remotely close to ostim in quality for oblivion. The best you'll find are probably like some rough animations made by a Chinese dude in 2009.
