Keep with it. I compare therapy to physical therapy. It’s pretty uncomfortable, sometimes really painful, it sucks doing the exercises at home, and you don’t always see the results right away.

I saw a video where they said they made a point to never physically show him behind any bars until he is a “free” man and in that room scratching into the wood to really get across how isolated he felt on the outside. Great movie
Shawshank is my most frequently watched movie. I’ve watched it 2-3 times a year for 20 years now (which is way down from my younger years). But after my brother hanged himself 3 months ago, I can’t bring myself to watch out. I’ve had to change the channel a few times when it’s come on.
