That movie has 100% accurately depicted my schizophrenic impression of the vague memories that i have of hearing about the story made by a 1998 American depicting a stylized retelling of a historic event as imagined from the distorted perspective of remaining Spartan warriors that are first hearing about the battle of Thermopylae in a comicbook form and then adapted onscreen.

I was so mad enjoying that film because it could have been assasin creed or reuse the set to film it.

Instead we got whatever garbage movie about it.

Same goes with guardian of the galaxy. Mass effect movie could have been made like that.
