A creative decision you can't wait people to be completely chill and normal about?

They literally have people coming from other universes and long lived superheroes. They could also just not address the time issue.

They are writing about superheroes. It is very easy to write whatever they want. They just don’t want to have the Holocaust in their sanitized MCU.

People would complain about the age gap between then 1000% or say it wouldn't make any sense or that they're over the multiverse "nonsense".

I don't think it's that cut and dry

Isn't this movie about the collision of muliverses'? I assume the people who are over it aren't going to watch anyway - no matter what they do with magneto.

They're talking about Magnetooving forward in the OP I would assume

I explained why making him immortal has one problem. You could make both him and Charles Immortal, that actually might be a workable solution. But it looks like the story they are wanting to tell is about a young and scrappy group of outcasts caught in the gears of a changing society, and idk if two fossils from WW2 cleanly fit into that concept. Definitely ways they could make it work, but only by shaping the story to fit this limitation, and depending on the script they might not be willing to do that.

Alternate dimensions would be the same problem. Maybe even worse- they want to change to world, but they fucked off from their old one? No, I'm not personal a fan of that at all.

This isn’t an alternate universe though, this is set in the main MCU.

And that should tell you everything you need to know about the MCU's artistic integrity.

There isn't one.
